From an early age, Kai Schwarz was fascinated with design, building, and the art of creating.  He grew up in a family of home builders and carpenters and this led to his passion for construction. As a second generation builder his passion led him to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management.

After graduation he was employed by a commercial construction company as a Project Engineer in Fort Worth, TX. Not long after he returned back to his roots in OKC where he was born and raised. He spent over 11 years with Love’s Travel Stops where he learned the complete commercial business as the Sr. Construction Manager for the company.  Kai had the opportunity to expand his expertise by personally overseeing over 100 projects including new ground up truck stop builds, existing store remodels, hotels, apartment housing facilities, and metal storage units. In 2018, Kai decided to establish his own company, Schwarz Construction Group, based on the firm foundation of experience and expertise. SCG strives to be a full-service contractor striving to provide every owner with a quality experience and product that they can be proud of.  To accomplish this, Kai has surrounded his company with a complimentary group of subcontractors and vendors that help to create the one of a kind experience in bringing a dream to reality. Kai is dedicated to his clients individual needs with his personal service and great attention to detail, treating each project as if it was his own.
